Return Policy

General Return Conditions

Thank you for shopping at Al Madina Traders. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required for all returns.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service department at 880 9696 255 066, 01955255066, 01400115520 or almadinatraders.savar@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
  3. Securely package the item(s) to be returned, including all original packaging and accessories.
  4. Ship the package to the return address provided below.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • **Refunds:** Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • **Exchanges:** If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the desired replacement item when you contact customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be responsible for paying the difference. We will pay for shipping the replacement item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. We may require you to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received. Al Madina Traders is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
